We’ll share a bit, listen a bit, plan a bit and shake off all the pent up stress energy that comes from 3 days of functioning in the somewhat overbearing role that is ‘adult human’. Whatever labels you are having to hold up, be it ‘gentle parent’ ‘go getter’ ‘creative genious’ ‘kind’ ‘funny’ ‘bold’ ‘adventurous’ ‘laid back’ ‘on top of your shit’ ‘pillar of the community’…  Let Luce for an evening so you can wake up Thursday morning with a refreshed sense of hope and slink back in to your ‘I’m a functioning adult’ suit with ease. You never know, maybe after a while it’ll even start to fit you better.

Prices (per household):

£4 - Pay as you go

£15 pcm - Direct Debit (monthly)

This option is great for if you plan to attend regularly and want to hold yourself accountable whilst saving a bit of money.

What to Expect:

How do you feel?

A chance to check in with yourself - 10 minutes of journalling to offload any thoughts or feelings that are coming up for you that day and then the opportunity to share 3 words that sum up your journalling session.

What do you need?

A chance to respond to your feelings - 10 minutes to draw out a mindmap and brainstorm of all the ways you can think of that you could respond to the feelings you've identified and then the opportunity to share 1-3 simple and easily achieved goals that you have set yourself to meet your needs in the coming week.

Embody it!

After cognitively clearing some space and refocusing, we will vote on either a calming or energising practice for 15 minutes to allow our bodies the chance to reset too - this might include visualisations, yoga, somatics, offload movements (written by me), vocalising, self-massage etc. These things will be guided and although I will encourage a free and confident space of self-expression, there is the option to turn off your camera/microphone on zoom if you feel silly partaking and would prefer to keep your embodied practice more private.
