How do you feel?
A chance to check in with yourself - 10 minutes of journalling to offload any thoughts or feelings that are coming up for you that day and then the opportunity to share 3 words that sum up your journalling session.
What do you need?
A chance to respond to your feelings - 10 minutes to draw out a mindmap and brainstorm of all the ways you can think of that you could respond to the feelings you've identified and then the opportunity to share 1-3 simple and easily achieved goals that you have set yourself to meet your needs in the coming week.
Embody it!
After cognitively clearing some space and refocusing, we will vote on either a calming or energising practice for 15 minutes to allow our bodies the chance to reset too - this might include visualisations, yoga, somatics, offload movements (written by me), vocalising, self-massage etc. These things will be guided and although I will encourage a free and confident space of self-expression, there is the option to turn off your camera/microphone on zoom if you feel silly partaking and would prefer to keep your embodied practice more private.
